Item from Kirby by HAL Laboratory / Nintendo
A cursed mirror that shows you your darkest self — the artifact that spawned Dark Meta Knight and slowly devoured Queen Sectonia's mind.
The Dimension Mirror is a gateway between the normal world and the Mirror World, but it's also something more insidious: a corruptive influence that feeds on vanity, insecurity, and the desire to be something you're not. It showed Queen Sectonia an idealized version of herself and then slowly replaced the real Sectonia with that ideal until nothing genuine remained. It spawned Dark Meta Knight as a dark reflection given independent existence. It has served as a plot device in multiple games, always as a source of corruption and dimensional instability. The mirror doesn't attack — it seduces. It shows you something you want to see, and the cost is everything you are. Whether the mirror is sentient or simply a tool with terrible properties is unclear. Either way, it's one of the most dangerous artifacts in the Kirby universe — not because of its power, but because of how quietly it works.
A large, ornate standing mirror with a golden frame decorated with intricate scrollwork and gem inlays. The glass doesn't reflect normally — it shows a darker, distorted version of whatever stands before it. Sometimes the reflection moves independently. Sometimes it smiles when you don't. The frame occasionally pulses with dark energy. It's beautiful craftsmanship hiding something deeply predatory.
