A court of commerce and calculated excess — where everything glitters, everything is for sale, and the price is always higher than you think.
House Greed operates more like a marketplace than a traditional court — there is always a transaction happening, always a deal being struck, always someone calculating whether the terms are favorable enough. The atmosphere is energetic and mercantile, with an undertone of sharp-eyed assessment that never quite relaxes. Visitors are simultaneously welcomed and appraised, and you are always aware that your presence here has been assigned a value. The prince's hospitality is genuine but never free — wine is poured generously, food is excellent, and the accommodations are luxurious, but everything is entered into a ledger that will eventually come due. The smartest visitors negotiate their debts before they accrue. The foolish ones discover too late that in House Greed, even gratitude has a price tag.
Opulent in a different register than Pride's marble elegance — House Greed gleams with warm metals, amber lighting, and rich textures. Gold filigree, copper fixtures, and vaults of treasure visible through glass floors. The architecture is designed to make wealth feel tangible and present. The court's symbol is the frog, appearing in heraldic crests and decorative motifs throughout.
