Oathkeeper and Oblivion are not just weapons — they are physical manifestations of the bonds that define Sora's heart. Oathkeeper was born from Kairi's wayfinder charm, carrying her promise that they would see each other again. Oblivion was born from the dark depths of Sora's memories of Riku, carrying the pain of their broken friendship. Roxas dual-wields them at the peak of his power — one in each hand, light and dark spinning in devastating tandem. Because Roxas's complete being (Sora) carries two Keyblade wielders' hearts (his own and Ventus's), Roxas can access two Keyblades simultaneously. The visual of Roxas standing with Oathkeeper and Oblivion crossed is one of the series' most iconic images. For Sora, they represent a truth he lives by instinctively: that you cannot have light without acknowledging darkness, and that the strongest bonds are forged in the fire of loss.
Oathkeeper is a bright white and gold Keyblade with wing-like motifs and a star-shaped keychain charm made from Kairi's thalassa shell wayfinder. Oblivion is its dark counterpart — black and blue with sharp, angular design and a dark crown keychain. Together they represent light and darkness, memory and loss, held in perfect balance.
