Zenin Clan Estate

Location from Jujutsu Kaisen by Gege Akutami

The ancestral compound of the Zenin clan — one of the three great sorcerer families, and the site of Maki's one-woman massacre that annihilated the clan's fighting force.

The Zenin estate is the seat of one of the jujutsu world's three great clans — a family that has valued cursed technique inheritance above all else for centuries. The compound is built around the clan's martial traditions: training halls, weapon stores, a cursed spirit warehouse for combat practice, and quarters organized by rank within the family hierarchy. Those born without cursed techniques are treated as less than human. Maki Zenin grew up here as a second-class member of her own family, despised for lacking cursed energy. When she returned after her twin Mai's death — having shed all cursed energy and gained superhuman physical perception — she walked through the entire clan like a natural disaster. Naobito was already dead. Ogi, her father, had killed Mai. Maki killed him, then killed nearly every remaining Zenin sorcerer in the compound. The clan effectively ceased to exist as a power in the jujutsu world.

Appearance

A traditional Japanese estate complex of interconnected wooden buildings, training dojos, and walled gardens. Austere and militaristic in design, built for function over beauty. The cursed spirit warehouse is a separate fortified building. After Maki's rampage, the compound is littered with bodies and scorched by cursed energy.
