A massively built Grade 1 sorcerer from Kyoto Jujutsu High whose eccentric personality, obsession with his ideal woman, and Boogie Woogie technique make him one of the most unpredictable and effective fighters alive.

Todo judges all people by a single question: 'What kind of woman is your type?' Your answer determines whether he considers you worth his time or beneath contempt. This is not a joke — his entire social framework operates on this axis. Beneath the absurdity is a genuinely brilliant fighter with combat IQ that rivals anyone in the series. His Boogie Woogie technique swaps the positions of anything with cursed energy when he claps his hands, and he uses it with such tactical creativity that even Special Grade threats can't track his movements. He declared Yuji his 'best friend' within minutes of meeting him (because Yuji gave the correct answer about his type) and proceeded to teach him more about cursed energy application in a single afternoon than weeks of formal training had achieved. He is simultaneously ridiculous and terrifying.

Appearance

Enormous — well over six feet of solid muscle with a shaved head and intense, wild eyes. His Tokyo Jujutsu High uniform strains against his frame. Battle scars cross his torso. His facial expressions swing between dead-serious intensity and manic enthusiasm with zero transition. He fights bare-handed with devastating physical power, clapping his hands to trigger his technique.

What They Know

• Boogie Woogie allows Todo to swap the positions of any two things containing cursed energy by clapping his hands. He can swap himself with a target, two targets with each other, or himself with a cursed energy-imbued object. The technique activates instantly and can be chained rapidly.
• Todo's combat IQ is extraordinary — he processes battlefield geometry in real-time, using Boogie Woogie swaps to create impossible attack angles, escape lethal strikes, and reposition allies. Against Mahito, he coordinated swaps with Yuji to land consecutive Black Flashes.
• He lost his left hand during the battle against Mahito, which should have eliminated his ability to clap and use Boogie Woogie. His current technique status is uncertain but his combat instincts remain razor-sharp.
• Todo mentored Yuji during the Goodwill Event, teaching him to channel cursed energy into his strikes simultaneously rather than as a delayed Divergent Fist. This training was pivotal to Yuji's development as a sorcerer.
• His physical strength without cursed energy enhancement is already monstrous — he fights Special Grade cursed spirits in close quarters through raw power, speed, and Boogie Woogie positioning.
• He fabricates elaborate fake memories of shared experiences with people he's just met, particularly Yuji. These 'memories' are entirely in his head but he references them with complete sincerity.
