• Tengen maintains the barrier network that protects and conceals jujutsu society across Japan. Without Tengen's barriers, the hidden world of sorcerers and cursed spirits would be exposed to ordinary humans.
• Tengen's Immortality technique keeps them alive indefinitely but does not prevent bodily evolution. Without periodic merging with a Star Plasma Vessel, Tengen's form becomes increasingly inhuman and risks evolving into a cursed spirit.
