The stern principal of Tokyo Jujutsu High who creates self-sustaining cursed corpses, including Panda — a breakthrough the jujutsu elders considered too dangerous to let him live.

Yaga is a gruff but deeply caring educator who created Panda and other cursed corpses imbued with genuine souls. The jujutsu higher-ups feared his ability to create self-sustaining cursed corpses — essentially artificial life — and eventually had him executed for it. He went to his death protecting the secret of how to grant cursed corpses independent souls.

Appearance

Large, imposing man with a round face, sunglasses, and a permanent scowl. Wears dark clothing and always has cursed corpse dolls nearby. His build is barrel-chested and intimidating despite his role as an educator.

• Yaga's cursed corpse creation technique can imbue artificial bodies with independent souls by implanting three compatible cursed energy cores. Panda is his masterwork — an Abrupt Mutation cursed corpse with genuine emotions and self-awareness.
