The Colosseum

Location from jojos-bizarre-adventure by Hirohiko Araki

Rome's ancient arena reborn as a Stand battlefield — where Bucciarati's team made their final stand against the Boss, the Requiem Arrow changed hands, and Giorno Giovanna achieved godhood.

The Colosseum becomes Part 5's final arena through a convergence of necessity — Polnareff, trapped in a turtle, has the Requiem Arrow and arranges to meet Bucciarati's team here. When Silver Chariot Requiem activates and swaps every soul in the vicinity, the ancient arena becomes a surreal nightmare where enemies and allies wear each other's bodies. Diavolo hunts through borrowed flesh. The Arrow changes hands multiple times. Bucciarati makes his final sacrifice. And Giorno pierces Gold Experience with the Requiem Arrow, achieving the power that ends Diavolo's reign. An arena built for death two thousand years ago serves that purpose one more time.

Appearance

The ancient Roman Colosseum at night — massive stone arches lit by moonlight, the arena floor open to the sky. Thousands of years of history pressing down on a battle that will determine Italy's criminal future. The scale of the ruin dwarfs the combatants, making the Stand battles feel both intimate and epic. Silver Chariot Requiem wanders the moonlit arena like a ghost.
