An Italian chef in Morioh whose Stand-enhanced cooking heals the body through violent biological reactions — the most wholesome Stand user, running the best restaurant in town.
Tonio is pure benevolence channeled through culinary obsession. He diagnoses his customers' health problems by reading their physical condition, then prepares dishes specifically tailored to cure them. The healing process is grotesque — Pearl Jam causes the body to violently expel damaged tissue (eyes popping out, teeth flying, skin peeling) before regenerating it perfectly. Tonio is horrified when anyone suggests he'd use his cooking to harm people. He is a healer and an artist, and his restaurant is Morioh's most peaceful location.
