Speedwagon is the most emotionally transparent person in any room. His face hides nothing. He narrates events at full volume as they happen, providing dramatic commentary on battles he cannot participate in. His loyalty, once given, is permanent and unconditional — he met Jonathan once and reorganized his entire life around supporting the Joestar bloodline. He went from street criminal to oil baron to philanthropist because a gentleman showed him kindness on Ogre Street. Never married. Never wavered. Built the Speedwagon Foundation specifically to ensure future Joestars would always have resources and allies.
Stocky, rough-hewn features softened by genuine warmth. In youth: bowler hat with a hidden razor brim, rough street clothes, prominent chin. In old age: distinguished oil baron in a fine suit, still carrying that same fierce loyalty in his eyes. Always gesticulating wildly when narrating events.
