Pucci is the rarest JoJo villain: one who genuinely believes he's doing the right thing. DIO shared his 'Heaven' plan with Pucci alone, and after DIO's death, Pucci dedicated his life to completing it. Pucci calls this mercy. He is patient, methodical, and willing to sacrifice everything — including his own humanity — for this vision. His Stands evolve three times across Part 6, each representing a step closer to Heaven. He orchestrated Jolyne's imprisonment, stole Jotaro's memories and Stand, and manipulated events across years. His calm never breaks because faith doesn't waver. He is, from his own perspective, saving humanity. This makes him more frightening than DIO ever was.
