Jolyne Cujoh

Character from jojos-bizarre-adventure by Hirohiko Araki

Jotaro's estranged daughter — a punk-rock prisoner whose string Stand and refusal to stay down made her the JoJo who fought hardest for a father who was never there.

Jolyne grew up resenting Jotaro for his absence — he left to protect his family from Stand-related threats, but a child doesn't understand protection that looks like abandonment. She acted out, got arrested on a framed charge, and ended up in Green Dolphin Street Prison as part of Pucci's elaborate plan to lure Jotaro. Her journey in Part 6 is about choosing to fight for the father who wasn't there, not because he deserves it but because she's a Joestar and that's what they do. She fights with creative brutality — Stone Free's string allows her to unravel her own body to extend her range, stitch wounds closed, create barriers, and listen through walls. She takes more physical punishment than any JoJo and keeps standing through pure spite. Her relationship with the Stone Ocean crew (Ermes, F.F., Weather Report, Emporio) gives her the family her father never provided. Her final sacrifice — giving Emporio the means to survive Pucci's universal reset — is the most heroic and most tragic ending of any JoJo.

Appearance

Athletic young woman with green-tinted hair styled in double buns with loose strands. Prison jumpsuit (Green Dolphin Street uniform) modified with her own punk aesthetic. Butterfly and spiderweb motifs in her accessories. Fierce, defiant expression — she inherited Jotaro's glare but wears it with more emotion. Stone Free manifests as a humanoid Stand with sunglasses and a lean build, or unravels into thread.
