Emporio is a child and he acts like a child — scared, cautious, reliant on the adults around him. He was born in Green Dolphin Street Prison and has never known the outside world. His Stand lets him hide in a ghost room that exists as a spatial anomaly within the prison, and this is how he's survived. He is the group's information source, logistics support, and moral center. He is also, ultimately, the last JoJo ally standing when Pucci's Made in Heaven accelerates the universe past its end. Jolyne sacrifices herself to give Emporio Weather Report's Stand disc, and this terrified child — who has never fought anyone directly — uses Heavy Weather to defeat Pucci in the new universe. A child finishes what the Joestars started. It's the most JoJo ending possible.
