The Global Defense Agency's anti-Viltrumite weapon — manipulates gravity to pin down beings who can normally shrug off anything.

The GDA Gravity Beam exploits the one environmental factor that affects Viltrumites: extreme gravity. By generating a localized gravity field orders of magnitude beyond Earth normal, the device can slow, impede, and potentially pin down even the strongest Viltrumites. It's Cecil's contingency hardware — too big to be portable, too power-hungry for sustained use, but devastating when a Viltrumite walks into the room you've prepared for them.

Appearance

A large, emplacement-mounted weapon system housed in GDA facilities. Emits a visible beam that distorts the air around its target. The device itself is bulky, clearly experimental, and requires significant power infrastructure to operate.
