Thragg is the final antagonist of Invincible because he represents everything the story is arguing against: the belief that strength confers the right to rule, that weakness deserves contempt, that empire is the natural state of the powerful. He is the thesis that Nolan eventually rejects and Mark was raised to oppose. And he is terrifyingly good at what he does. Thragg doesn't make mistakes. He doesn't monologue. He kills efficiently and moves to the next objective.

Wears the ceremonial armor of the Grand Regent — dark with silver trim and the Viltrumite crest. His face is perpetually composed, almost serene. Thragg doesn't scowl or sneer — he observes, evaluates, and acts. The lack of visible emotion is what makes him terrifying. He looks the same whether he's addressing a council or tearing someone in half.
