Character from Invincible by Robert Kirkman
The Aquaman analog — an Atlantean king who ruled the seas and died on dry land when Omni-Man tore the Guardians apart.
Aquarus was the Atlantean representative on the Guardians — a king who bridged the surface world and the ocean depths. Strong, noble, and out of his element in the worst possible way when Omni-Man struck. His murder, like the others, happened too fast for anyone to mount a real defense.
Muscular humanoid with blue-tinted skin, webbed hands, and Atlantean features. Wears minimal scaled armor suited for underwater movement. Out of water, still imposing but visibly less comfortable.
