A tower of living crystal conjured by Crenshinibon, the Crystal Shard — a fortress of blinding beauty and corrupting power that bends its wielder's mind toward conquest.
Cryshal-Tirith is less a building than an expression of Crenshinibon's will made physical. The interior shifts and reconfigures itself according to the Crystal Shard's purposes, corridors rearranging, rooms appearing and vanishing. The walls are warm to the touch despite their crystalline appearance, thrumming with a subsonic vibration that feels like standing inside a living creature. Light within the tower comes from everywhere and nowhere, eliminating shadows entirely — an effect that is initially beautiful and quickly becomes disorienting and oppressive. The tower amplifies the ambitions and paranoia of whoever claims Crenshinibon, feeding them visions of conquest while subtly eroding their will. Akar Kessell raised the tower as his seat of power during his bid to conquer Ten-Towns, commanding his army of orcs, goblins, and giants from its heights.
A tower of pure, faceted crystal rising impossibly from the tundra, catching and refracting every available light source into dazzling prismatic displays. The structure appears to grow rather than be built, its surfaces perfectly smooth and geometrically complex. In sunlight, it is almost too bright to look at directly. In darkness, it glows with its own inner radiance — cold, blue-white, and pulsing like a heartbeat.
