Xardorok speaks in clipped, imperious commands, treating every interaction as a transaction of dominance. He is meticulous, cruel, and utterly convinced of his divine mandate to conquer the surface. His sons are tools, his soldiers expendable, and his chardalyn dragon is the only thing he truly loves. Beneath the warlord's certainty lurks paranoia — he trusts no one and sees betrayal in every shadow. He will monologue about duergar destiny when given the chance.

Stocky grey-skinned dwarf in spiked black plate armor. Eyes glow faintly violet from prolonged chardalyn exposure. Wears a crown of fused chardalyn shards.
