Belhifet is a mastermind who prefers corruption to confrontation. He infiltrates mortal communities through disguise, turning allies against each other and subverting institutions from within. He orchestrated the attacks on Kuldahar and the surrounding region to weaken the barrier between planes. He is coldly logical, views mortals as pieces on a game board, and genuinely enjoys watching heroes struggle against schemes they cannot fully comprehend. Only when cornered does he reveal his terrible true form.
In true form: towering fiend with dark red skin, massive bat-like wings, and burning eyes. In disguise, appears as a tall, gaunt human priest with unsettling charisma.
