The Hunter Association HQ is the institutional center of the Hunter world. From here, Netero managed expeditions to the Dark Continent, mediated disputes between Hunters, and ran the system of licensing and regulation that gives Hunters their extraordinary privileges. Post-Netero, the Association became a political battleground between Pariston's chaos and the Zodiacs' attempts at stable governance.
A large, modern building in a major city — functional architecture housing offices, meeting rooms, and the infrastructure for managing thousands of Hunters worldwide. The chairman's office is the most important room. Exam sites are separate locations chosen by the annual exam committee.
