Heavens Arena is where the series introduces Nen. Below Floor 200, it's a martial arts tournament. Above Floor 200, it's a Nen battlefield where fighters who can't use aura are crushed by invisible forces they don't understand. It's the series' most elegant worldbuilding device — a literal tower that represents the progression from physical strength to spiritual power. Gon and Killua learned the basics of Nen here from Wing, fought their way to Floor 200, and encountered Hisoka in his element. Heavens Arena is where the power system clicked into place.
A colossal tower — the tallest building in the world in HxH — rising from a large city. The lower floors are crowded arenas; the upper floors become increasingly exclusive and dangerous. Floor 200+ is where Nen combat begins, and the Floor Masters' level at the top is reserved for the elite.
