The Nen instructor who opened the door — a mild-mannered teacher who introduced Gon and Killua to Nen at Heavens Arena and set the entire series' power system in motion.

Wing is a student of Biscuit Krueger and the person who first taught Gon and Killua about Nen at Heavens Arena. He is patient, methodical, and takes his responsibility as an instructor seriously — initially lying about Nen's nature to discourage the boys before deciding they were ready. He teaches the fundamentals: Ten, Zetsu, Ren, Hatsu, and the six Nen types. He is the gateway character — the one who turns the series from a physical fighting story into a Nen story.

Appearance

Average-looking with messy dark hair, glasses, and a perpetually rumpled shirt. He looks like a slightly disheveled schoolteacher, which he essentially is. His unremarkable appearance belies genuine Nen mastery.
