Shizuku is the Phantom Troupe's clean-up specialist. Her Conjuration Hatsu — Blinky — is a sentient vacuum that can absorb unlimited amounts of nonliving matter, making her invaluable for evidence disposal and heist logistics. She is genuinely forgetful, friendly in a distracted way, and surprisingly strong physically despite her slight frame. Her left-handedness is a plot point during the Yorknew arm-wrestling sequence.
