Neon is the daughter of the Nostrade Family's head, and her Specialization Hatsu — Lovely Ghostwriter — automatically writes accurate predictions of a person's future. This ability made the Nostrade Family powerful (selling predictions to the Mafia elite) and made Neon a target. Chrollo stole the ability using Skill Hunter, and without it, the Nostrade Family's influence collapsed. Neon is a cautionary tale about building power on a single ability and a single person.
