Morel is one of the most experienced Hunters alive and Netero's hand-picked choice for the Chimera Ant Extermination Team. His Manipulation Hatsu — Deep Purple — uses smoke from his pipe to create smoke soldiers, clones, and barriers. His real weapon is experience: he reads opponents, adapts strategies mid-fight, and makes decisions that younger, stronger Hunters can't because they haven't failed enough times to know what works. His philosophy: 'If you can win, prepare to win. If you can't, prepare to die.' He applies this with the calm pragmatism of someone who has survived long enough to know that surviving is itself a skill.
