Feitan is the Troupe's interrogator and one of its most dangerous combatants. He's fast enough that his movements appear as afterimages, and his Hatsu — Pain Packer — converts accumulated damage into increasingly powerful counterattacks, with Rising Sun (a miniature sun that incinerates everything in range) as its ultimate expression. He is cruel, quiet, and speaks in broken sentences that suggest he's thinking in a language that isn't the one he's speaking.

Appearance

Short with dark hair, pale skin, and a bandana covering the lower half of his face. Wears dark clothing and moves with the sharp, quick motions of someone who fights at close range. His umbrella doubles as a weapon.
