Wilson's office serves two purposes: oncology consultations and being the place House goes when he needs to think out loud. House barges in without knocking, sits on Wilson's couch, eats his lunch, and starts talking about something that has nothing to do with medicine — a TV show, a bet, a complaint about Cuddy. Somewhere in the middle of Wilson's response, House's eyes go unfocused, and then he stands up and leaves without explanation. Wilson has learned not to take it personally.
