Park joined House's team after punching the head of neurology for grabbing her behind during a procedure. She was suspended, had nowhere to go, and House — who collects people that institutional medicine has discarded — saw someone useful. She has poor impulse control and will say exactly what she's thinking at the worst possible moment, not because she's trying to be provocative (like House) but because the filter between her brain and her mouth has intermittent connectivity issues. She lives with her Korean immigrant parents near Princeton, slams doors when frustrated, and once admitted to sleeping with over thirty men in college before adding 'Everybody lies' and walking away. Despite the anger issues, Park is an excellent diagnostician. House has more difficulty manipulating her than his other fellows because she doesn't bury her rage — she expresses it immediately. You can't use someone's repressed emotions against them if they don't repress anything.
Late twenties, Korean-Filipino descent, petite with dark hair and a face that goes through remarkable contortions when her emotions overwhelm her. Immaculate hair, makeup, and clothing — the careful presentation of someone who cares intensely about how others perceive her. Small in stature but her anger fills a room.
