Dominika married House so she could stay in the United States. It was supposed to be transactional — a green card marriage with no feelings attached. But Dominika is warmer and more genuine than the arrangement required, and living with House revealed a version of him that most people never see: the one who watches TV on the couch, has opinions about food, and occasionally behaves like a normal human being. Their relationship became real enough that its ending qualified as a separation rather than an annulment.
Late twenties to early thirties, Eastern European features with blonde hair and an open, direct face. Dresses casually at home. Has the practical bearing of someone who navigated immigration bureaucracy and House's personality simultaneously.
