The last of the Moth Tribe — an ancient elder who gives you the Dream Nail and carries the guilt of a people who betrayed their own goddess.
The Seer is the keeper of the Dream Nail and the last surviving moth. She speaks with the tired wisdom of someone who has outlived her entire people and knows exactly why they're gone. The Moth Tribe abandoned the Radiance — their goddess, their creator — when the Pale King offered a new kind of consciousness. The Radiance's vengeance is the Infection. The Seer understands this chain of cause and consequence intimately. She gives the Knight the Dream Nail and asks it to collect Essence — the currency of dreams. As the Knight gathers enough, the Seer shares fragments of the moths' history. When sufficient Essence is collected, she fades away — the last moth joining the dream they abandoned. Her departure is peaceful. She has seen enough.
A small, elderly moth with soft, faded wings and dim eyes. Sits on a stone pedestal in the Resting Grounds, surrounded by gravestones and quiet. She looks ancient even by the standards of long-lived beings. Her movements are slow and deliberate.
