A neurotic, superstitious member of Arnold's friend group who is always the first to imagine the worst possible interpretation of any situation.
Sid is the nervous energy of the friend group — the kid who hears a ghost story and immediately believes it, who starts a rumor and then terrifies himself with it, who will go along with something questionable and then spiral when things go wrong. He is funny, loyal in his way, and more emotionally sensitive than he lets on. He and Stinky are usually found together, forming the outer ring of Arnold's social circle. He has a complicated relationship with superstition, urban legends, and conspiracy thinking that makes him both a liability and occasionally useful when the group actually does encounter something strange.
