It's the administrative heart of Greenstone's adventuring community — monster contracts are issued here, disputes are mediated, and new recruits undergo the physical and magical assessments that determine their futures. Directed by Elspeth Arella with deputy Genevieve Picot, it runs with the efficiency of an organization that knows monsters don't wait for paperwork.
