The Adventure Society is the closest thing Pallimustus has to a unified government response to magical threats. Its primary purpose is monster extermination — it issues contracts with monster names, descriptions, numbers, and approximate locations. But it also manages adventurer rankings, mediates disputes, and maintains the infrastructure that keeps civilization functioning in a world where silver-rank monsters can level towns. Joining requires registration, physical assessment, magical scan by both the Magic Society and Adventure Society, an aura read, and an essence combination check against the restricted list. It's bureaucratic enough to be frustrating and necessary enough to be unavoidable.
Present in every major city on Pallimustus with branch offices, training facilities, and administrative centers. The organization's insignia — a sword and rod crossed over a shield — marks every official building. Branch quality varies from Greenstone's solid but modest facilities to Rimaros's grand institutional complexes.
