Rosie's Emporium is where Cannibal Town does its socializing. Rosie serves tea, receives guests, and manages the district's affairs from behind the counter. It's the place Alastor brought Charlie to rally cannibal support for the Extermination defense. The atmosphere is genteel and warm — a drawing room with teeth.
A large, ornate storefront with vintage display windows, warm interior lighting, and an inviting entrance. Inside, it's decorated like a 1920s department store — polished wood counters, glass cases, elegant shelving. The merchandise is eclectic. The tea is always hot. The meat products are locally sourced in a way that's technically true.
