The red light district is Valentino's domain — his studios, his clubs, his workers, his rules. It's where Angel Dust spends his working hours and where his soul contract keeps him chained. The district generates enormous revenue for the Vees and enormous misery for everyone who works there. It's Hell being Hell — vice as industry, exploitation as economy.
A section of Pentagram City dominated by neon signs in hot pinks and reds. Adult entertainment venues, nightclubs, and studios line the streets. The buildings are flashy and seedy simultaneously — expensive facades hiding exploitation. Valentino's moth insignia marks territory. The crowds are dense and the atmosphere is charged with desperate energy.
