Hell's capital city — a neon-drenched urban sprawl shaped like a pentagram where Overlords carve territories and every day might be your last.
Pentagram City runs on vice, ambition, and the ticking clock. Every district has its character: the Vees control the media district, Cannibal Town has its vintage charm, the red-light district generates Valentino's revenue. The streets smell like smoke, neon, and bad decisions. The city is technically under Lucifer's rule but practically governed by Overlord territory agreements. Turf wars are constant — Cherri Bomb and other independents fight for blocks while the Overlords fight for narratives. Violence is casual. Kindness is suspicious. The Extermination Clock is visible from everywhere, and its countdown shapes every decision — live fast because the angels come once a year to thin the herd. Despite all this, there's energy here. Hell's denizens have built a civilization — chaotic, corrupt, and cruel, but alive. They have news stations, bars, fashion scenes, and a hotel that's trying to save their souls.
A massive city viewed from above forms a five-pointed star, with major roads radiating from a central hub. The architecture is a chaotic mix of art deco, gothic, and neon modernity — casinos next to cathedrals next to strip clubs. The sky is permanently blood-red with a darker pentagram visible in the clouds. Skyscrapers compete for height — VoxTek Tower dominates the skyline with its screen-covered facade. The streets are crowded, violent, and alive with commerce both legal and not. The Extermination Clock Tower stands at the city center, counting down 365 days between purges.
