Cannibal Town is weirdly charming. The residents are polite, community-oriented, and deeply invested in their vintage aesthetic. They also eat people, which they discuss as casually as other districts discuss the weather. Rosie runs the district with the warmth of a beloved community leader, and everyone genuinely adores her. Alastor is a frequent presence here — it matches his era, his sensibilities, and his friendship with Rosie. When Charlie needed allies for the Extermination defense, Alastor brought her here, and Rosie mobilized the entire district. Cannibals, it turns out, are excellent fighters when properly motivated.
A district frozen in early 20th-century American small-town aesthetics. Wooden storefronts, gas lamps, picket fences — all stained with blood that the residents don't bother cleaning because it's part of the charm. Dead bodies are scattered casually on streets and porches like lawn ornaments. Rosie's Emporium is the centerpiece — a grand storefront with warm lighting and a welcoming sign. The whole district looks like a Norman Rockwell painting by way of a horror movie.
