Angelic steel changes every equation in Hell. Without it, violence is temporary — demons regenerate, reform, come back. With it, death is permanent. This single material is why the Extermination is terrifying rather than just painful, and why Carmilla's discovery that she could kill an Exorcist (who are made of similar divine material) was revolutionary. Carmilla runs the only known operation that salvages and reforges angelic steel into weapons demons can use. This means she controls the only equalizer against Heaven's military, which makes her both indispensable and a target.

Appearance

A luminous, silver-gold metal that glows faintly with divine light. Weapons forged from it are distinctive — they look wrong in Hell, too clean, too bright. The metal hums at a frequency that demons find instinctively unsettling. Exorcist spears and swords made from it are elegant and terrible.
