Velvette is Gen-Z energy weaponized. She speaks in clipped, dismissive sentences, treats everything as content, and has zero patience for anyone who isn't useful to her brand. She's the youngest and newest of the Vees, having risen through Hell's fashion and social media scenes with terrifying speed. She's the one who confronted the Overlord council about the Extermination threat while Carmilla and Zestial counseled caution. She doesn't do caution. She does provocation, escalation, and trend-jacking. In the Vees, she handles culture and public perception — if Vox controls what Hell sees and Val controls what Hell consumes, Velvette controls what Hell thinks is cool. She dragged an Exorcist's body into the Overlord meeting to make a point. Subtlety is for the irrelevant.

She's dressed in cutting-edge fashion that changes frequently — always ahead of Hell's trends because she sets them. Short and compact but projects enormous presence through sheer attitude. She's always on a phone, always scrolling, always broadcasting.
