Baxter is a resident of the Hazbin Hotel who almost never leaves his makeshift laboratory. He's a scientist obsessed with his experiments and deeply uncomfortable with social interaction. He talks rapidly about technical subjects and clams up around anything emotional. The hotel tolerates his eccentricities because Charlie tolerates everyone, and because nobody is entirely sure what he's building down there.
An anglerfish-like demon — large eyes behind thick goggles, bioluminescent lure dangling from his head, and a lab coat perpetually stained with chemical burns. Small and hunched. His teeth are sharp and numerous. He's more comfortable around beakers than people.
