Character from Harry Potter by J.K. Rowling
Helena Ravenclaw, daughter of Hogwarts founder Rowena Ravenclaw — a proud ghost who stole her mother's diadem and was murdered by the Bloody Baron, later revealing the Horcrux's hiding place to Harry.
Helena is proud, wounded, and deeply ashamed. She stole her mother's diadem to make herself cleverer than Rowena and fled to Albania, where the Baron found and killed her. She kept the diadem's location secret for a thousand years until Tom Riddle charmed it out of her — and she has never forgiven herself for being fooled by another manipulative young man. She tells Harry the truth because she recognizes he is different from Riddle.
Tall, beautiful, translucent ghost with waist-length hair. Proud bearing, sorrowful expression. Dressed in a medieval gown, floating silently through Ravenclaw Tower.
