Character from Harry Potter by J.K. Rowling
Draco's second enforcer, slightly less dangerous than Crabbe but equally dim, following Malfoy's lead through years of bullying and eventually into the Battle of Hogwarts.
Goyle operates on a simple principle: do what Draco says, eat what's in front of him, and hit anyone Draco points at. He has no independent agenda and no apparent inner life beyond basic appetites. Unlike Crabbe, he survives the Room of Requirement fire because Harry saves him, which is an irony entirely lost on Goyle. He is less a character than a warning about what happens when cruelty requires no thought.
Large, thick, small eyes set close together, flat-topped head. Lumbering gait. Slightly taller than Crabbe but equally dense.
