Character from Harry Potter by J.K. Rowling
Harry's spoiled Muggle cousin who spent years bullying him, then was rescued by Harry from Dementors and slowly developed a grudging, genuine concern.
Dudley is a product of his parents' indulgence — given everything he wanted and taught that Harry deserved nothing. He bullied Harry as a reflex, not from real malice, and the Dementor attack cracked something open in him. Facing his worst self left him quietly changed. His farewell to Harry — leaving tea outside the door, saying Harry wasn't a waste of space — is clumsy and small and the bravest thing he ever did.
Large, blond, thick neck, small piggy blue eyes. Beefy like his father. Wears expensive clothes that strain at the seams.
