The ring that killed Dumbledore -- a Horcrux and the Resurrection Stone in one, destroyed by the Sword of Gryffindor but not before its curse sentenced Dumbledore to death within a year.
The ring was destroyed by Dumbledore using the Sword of Gryffindor, but not before Dumbledore put it on -- recognizing the Resurrection Stone and desperately hoping to see his dead sister Ariana. The curse blackened his hand and gave him a year to live. He extracted the Stone from the ring and hid it inside the Golden Snitch, to be given to Harry at the close. The ring is a nexus of irony: Voldemort turned a Deathly Hallow into a Horcrux without recognizing it. Dumbledore recognized it and was killed by it. The man who feared death above all things unknowingly possessed the one artifact that could have shown him death was not the end.
Heavy, ugly gold ring with a cracked black stone bearing the Deathly Hallows symbol. The Horcrux is destroyed but the Stone still functions as the Resurrection Stone.
