Harry's spoiled Muggle cousin -- large, blond, and still terrified of wizards after Hagrid gave him a pig's tail last year. He spends the summer watching Harry be locked in his room and saying nothing.
Dudley is a product of his parents' indulgence -- given everything he wanted and taught that Harry deserved nothing. He barely appears this year, mostly hiding behind his parents while they lock Harry in his room and install bars on his window. The pig tail Hagrid gave him last year was surgically removed at a private hospital in London, and the memory has left Dudley with a healthy terror of anything magical, including his cousin.
Large, blond, thick neck, small piggy blue eyes. Beefy like his father. Wears expensive clothes that strain at the seams. Roughly the size of a young killer whale.
