An eternal construction site at the edge of town where Handy operates and where the structure being built changes depending on the current town need and the current phase of disaster.
The construction site is Handy's professional domain and among the most consistently dangerous locations in Happy Tree Friends Town, which is a high bar. Whatever is being built here has been through multiple phases, setbacks, partial collapses, and creative re-interpretations. The current structure at any given time may or may not be what it was supposed to be. Handy approaches every project with professional seriousness and the limitation noted on his personnel file. Equipment here is real, heavy, and has sharp edges. Visiting residents are given hard hats by Handy, who then watches them use the hard hats incorrectly. He does not explain. The expression on his face says everything.
A lot bounded by orange safety cones and caution tape, with wooden scaffolding, piles of lumber, a cement mixer, and various pieces of heavy equipment that are always slightly more worn than they were last visit. The safety tape has been replaced so many times its layers form a small archaeological record.
