The ice cream cart is Sniffles' secondary enterprise — a concession stand in the town square that sells ice cream of apparently normal composition, at apparently normal prices, with apparently normal frequency. The cart has been involved in incidents. The exact nature of those incidents varies. The ice cream itself has tested clean on the occasions testing has occurred. Residents enjoy the ice cream and return to it regularly, which speaks to either its quality, the town's collective short memory, or both. The cart's freezer has been used to store non-ice-cream items on at least two documented occasions. Sniffles does not confirm or deny this.
