Character from happy-tree-friends by
A teal sea otter and enthusiastic pirate who loves the water, treasure, and seafood, and whose nautical adventures end in the expected fashion.
Russell is the town's pirate enthusiast — a sea otter who has fully committed to a nautical adventure persona with hook hands, eye patch, and a small sailboat moored at the town's lake. He loves the water, treasure hunting, seafood in all forms, and the general romance of the sea. His hook hands are to him what Handy's missing hands are to Handy, except Russell is significantly more cheerful about the situation. He is one of the more ebullient characters, always excited about the next voyage, the next catch, the next possible treasure. His boat is structurally questionable and Lumpy has been near it on at least two occasions, which explains certain things about its current condition.
A stocky teal sea otter wearing a pirate hat, a small eye patch, and with hook hands replacing both paws (the hooks are always present; the otter is always cheerful about this). A small anchor tattoo. Perpetually smells of salt water and fish.
