Ford's second journal, focused on supernatural items and spells — found by Gideon Gleeful near his elementary school and used as the foundation of his fake psychic career.
Journal #2 is where Ford documented spells, enchanted items, and supernatural phenomena beyond the creatures of Journal #3. Gideon found it buried near Gravity Falls Elementary and immediately understood what it was — which tells you something about Gideon. He used it to locate the Mystic Amulet, which powers his psychic performances. He kept its existence secret, spent years trying to acquire Journal #1, and nearly succeeded in activating the portal himself. The journal is ultimately less dangerous than Journal #3 on its own but represents the most consequential discovery Gideon ever made.
Similar to Journal #3: burgundy cover, four gold corner protectors, a gold six-fingered hand with the number 2 on the palm. In somewhat better condition than the other two journals. Two gold binder lines on the spine. A red tassel bookmark.
