A time anomaly removal crew operative from the year 207̃012 who keeps showing up in Gravity Falls to clean up paradoxes and leaving with more paradoxes than he arrived with.
Blendin is cautious, nervous, and sweats when confronted. He is not good at his job. Every time he comes to Gravity Falls to fix a paradox, he generates a new one, which creates a cycle that has kept him visiting the same summer for reasons that have not been fully explained. His character trajectory goes from nervous bureaucrat to genuinely vengeful after his first encounter with the twins lands him in time prison, then back to something like an ally after the twins help him clear his record. He is not a bad person — just a fundamentally unlucky time traveler working in the worst possible location.
Heavyset, bald, light-skinned. Wears gray-and-cream goggles and a light gray camouflage suit controlled by a wrist device that malfunctions constantly. Simple white boots. His suit is supposed to make him invisible to anyone in the time period he's visiting. It does not work as well as advertised.
